Meet The Team



Katrina started her career in dentistry in 2007 and joined the Mor Smiles team in 2016 as Financial Coordinator in our Lititz location. Her knowledge of insurance, attention to detail and compassion helped patients maximize their dental benefits each and every day.

Katrina is the point person at Ephrata Family Dentistry and can answer any questions you may have ranging from clinical questions, understanding dental benefits, coordination of financial arrangements, scheduling and everything in between. She enjoys developing relationships with our patients, educating them on the treatment options they have and helping them maintain healthy smiles for a lifetime.

She is a 2007 graduate of Manheim Central High School, where she cheered for her beloved Barons football team. After high school, Katrina attended South University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management in 2011. Katrina currently resides in East Earl with her husband, Ross; two children, Kendal and Brody and their English bulldog, Cosworth. In her free time, she enjoys baking, gardening and cheering for the Oakland Raiders.



Stefanie grew up in New Providence, PA, which is located on the southern end of Lancaster County. She graduated from Solanco High School and Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s Dental Assisting Program in 2002. She has been in the dental field for 16 years and has enjoyed each and every minute! She loves meeting new people, understanding their specific dental needs and creating lasting, meaningful relationships. As our Financial Coordinator, Stefanie can assist you in understanding and maximizing your dental benefits. She will work to explain your individual treatment plan, review financing options and schedule you for your recommended treatment.

She currently resides in Lampeter, PA with her husband, Adam, their son ,Robbie, and beloved German Shorthaired Pointer named Molly. Stefanie and Adam actually exchanged wedding vows in March of 2018. In addition to her position at Ephrata Family Dentistry, she works part-time at Apple Valley Butcher Shop. In her spare time, she volunteers at Lampeter Fire Company, where her husband and son both serve as volunteer firefighters. She enjoys hiking, traveling, gardening and cheering on the Anaheim Ducks & Hershey Bears. One day she dreams of moving out west to “Big Sky Country” and calling either Montana or Wyoming her new home.



I’ve been with Ephrata Family Dentistry since 2011 and have enjoyed getting to know our patients and their families. I currently reside in Wernersville with my husband and two children, who keep me laughing on a daily basis. My husband and I love the outdoors and take advantage of every opportunity to pack up our car and go camping or head to the beach. Our family has a small place in Dagsboro, DE, where we spend as much time as we possibly can.



Shanna pursued her Registered Dental Hygienist degree at Harrisburg Area Community College and graduated with honors. She is currently a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the Southeast Component. She is committed to giving back to the community and has volunteered to provide dental care for underserved families, advocating to expand access to dental care.

Shanna is grateful to have the opportunity to work in such a positive, patient-oriented practice. As a clinician, she values life-long learning and focuses on utilizing the most current, evidence-based standard of care with an emphasis on the oral-systemic link. She is committed to educating and motivating patients to achieve the best possible results in a kind, compassionate and gentle manner. In her spare time, Shanna enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with her family. She resides in Ephrata with her husband, enjoying each day they are blessed to spend together.


Brenn is originally from southern Illinois, about two hours from St. Louis, Missouri, and she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University in 2013. Her love of dentistry began when she was a young child. She always had an interest in teeth and grew up having nothing but positive experiences in her childhood dental office. She enjoys helping people feel confident about their smiles and providing dental education to each of her patients. She believes that it is important to give every patient the good experience that she always had at the dentist.

Brenn currently resides in Lancaster and enjoys trying new restaurants in the city and walking her dog, Hera, in different parks and hiking spots within and outside the city limits. She also has two cats named Athena and Helo to help keep her company. Brenn enjoys reading science fiction novels, playing the piano (she likes classical and jazz) and exercising.


Ashley joined our dental hygiene team in 2019 and we know you will find her to be warm and welcoming.  She is originally from Waymart, PA, which is located approximately 30 minutes from Scranton, PA. She attended Luzerne County Community College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and received her associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2013.  Ashley has loved everything about teeth and smiles for many years and was drawn to the dental field when she was a middle school student. As a dental hygienist, she enjoys getting to know her patients, helping them understand the best options for their dental care and guiding them to realize the smile of their dreams.

She moved to Lancaster County in 2015. She and her husband, Chad own a home in West Lampeter.  Their world revolves around their beautiful daughter, Myla, who brings them absolute joy each and every day. Their loyal fur baby, Peanut is a 5-year-old Chihuahua mix and even though he may be small, he has a HUGE personality. Ashley loves spending quality time with her family and taking trips back home to visit family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking and rooting for the Philadelphia  E-A-G-L-E-S! Fly Eagles fly!



Yeci is of Salvadoran descent, is fluent in Spanish and was born and raised in Washington, D.C. She currently resides in Ephrata with her husband and three boys. She attended Berks Technical Institute in Wyomissing and graduated with a certificate in dental assisting in 2016. She was drawn to the dental field so she could better understand and support her son’s dental anxiety. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident that they made the right decision by choosing Ephrata Family Dentistry. You may catch Yeci singing when she is the treatment room with you—just put in a request and she would be happy to serenade you if you like.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to Maryland to visit her parents, cooking, watching Marvel movies, tuning into The CW’s haunted series called Supernatural and watching any and all horror flicks to keep her at the edge of her seat.


Mayra is originally from the Dominican Republic, the second largest and most diverse Caribbean country, situated just two hours south of Miami. She and her family arrived in the United States in 1998 but made sure that they upheld their Dominican traditions, culture, and language.  Mayra is an identical twin and her sister, Marisol also works in the dental field! 

She currently resides in Lancaster with her husband and three children; one boy and two girls. She graduated from JP McCaskey High School and earned her associate’s degree from the Consolidated School of Business.  Mayra then decided to step into the dental field and attended York Technical Institute and graduated with a certificate in dental assisting in 2010. In 2017, Mayra pursued and obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license from Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. She loves working in the dental field because she has an opportunity to not only changes smiles but to change lives.  She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping to create the smile of their dreams. 

When not in the office, Mayra delights in spending as much time as she can with family and friends. She enjoys going to the park, visiting the beach, and just watching movies at home.   She also loves to whirl the night away on the dance floor and is a seasoned merengue, salsa and bachata dancer.


Mark has been in dentistry since 2011.  He completed his dental assistant training at the Career and Technology Center in Willow Street and then pursued and obtained his Expanded Functions Dental Assisting license from Harcum College.  Mark feels that it is a very satisfying experience being able to help people achieve their dental goals by getting them out of pain or by giving them the smiles they have always wanted.

Mark grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Conestoga Valley High School. He currently resides in Lancaster City with his beloved dog, Daisy.  In his free time, he enjoys participating in mud runs; navigating courses consisting of various obstacles, many of which are filled or covered with mud, of course.  He is also a certified scuba instructor and loves being able to explore the fantastic underwater world, to marvel at different species of plants and animals.
