Doctor Emerson and the entire staff are personable and professional. I have had a lot of dental work done recently and they are awesome. I've never been made to feel bad about having dental health issues like I have with other dentists in the past.

We love Ephrata Family Dentistry. We get side by side appointments, for myself and my son. They are So great with him, he goes right off to his appointment. The hygenists are knowledgeable and helpful. They are gentle, but are sure to be efficient.The Dentists are fantastic. They offer all of the options to you, and have great techniques to offer.The office staff is fantastic. The ladies are so fun, very pleasant, and for only seeing you 6 months apart, remember things and you.We love this office!!!!

We moved recently, and after 25 years at another dentist I switched to a dentist closer to my new home (Ephrata Family Dentistry) on my wife's recommendation. She had been here a few times recently.I was very pleased with my decision. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. After my initial cleaning, I returned to have some work done, and was surprised when I returned to my car that I was in there for 1 1/2 hours. It seemed like only 30 minutes.It was a completely painless experience, and the dentist and his assistant explained everything as they were going along.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Easy to get to also - near the intersection of 322 and 272.

Always a wonderful experience! I've always loved coming here but today was different because it was my daughters first visit.I knew it would be good because at 7:30 the previous night I got a call from the dentist because he saw my daughter was scheduled and wanted to find out if their were any special instructions or things he should know.When we arrived they made her super comfortable with a pillow and blanket and special glasses. The appointment went off without a hitch and she enjoyed it so much she can't wait to come back!

After searching for a new dentist, we saw Ephrata Family Dentistry on the list and scheduled an appointment for our son. After his exam Dr. Oware explained in detail the plan going forward. They are always doing whatever the patient needs to be comfortable. As we sat waiting for our sons appointment to be over, we got the paperwork for our family to start going there.Renee at the front desk is always welcoming with a smile (due to mask I can't see her smile, but her eyes show it). Katie who works with the insurance and payments is great with my family, always makes you laugh! They are able to make appointments very quickly, they are very gentle and professional. Shoutout to Trisha, Ashley and Mark to assisting our family. Dr.Oware is very soft spoken, takes his time to make sure everything done correctly. I could go on, but I hope this helps for anyone looking for another dentist. Definitely has a family atmosphere!

Everything about my experience as a patient, from start to finish, was so very positive. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, helpful and talented team of hygienists and doctors; and I felt so taken care of during my visit. Thorough X-ray, exam and cleaning — in and out in 1 hour. These guys are the best dental practice I've ever had, especially Dr Register. I was living in Ephrata temporarily last year, needed quick attention. They were through, fast, efficient and we're trying to "upsell" me. So, today, I just drove all the way from east of Philly for another appointment. Again, fast, and efficient, helpful. I needed an extraction, they did it right there and then. I'll never go anywhere else.

I went for my yearly cleaning and check-up recently, (the first time since the practice has changed hands and they're in their new building) and was impressed with the high quality of their patient care and state-of-the-art technology. Shanna Richards was my hygienist, and she was very thorough as she reviewed and explained each step, while also informing me of the various details of options, promotions, and their philosophy as a practice. Dr. Justin also was thorough and made sure I understood each step of future work that has to be done on my teeth, while willing to work with me. It was a positive experience.Update: I want to thank Dr. David for going above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied and happy with the work done on my teeth recently, and being willing to make sacrifices to make it happen. He really cares about his work and his patient's needs. I am extremely grateful!

I called them because I had a tooth that was bothering me and I needed it removed and they said no problem and took me in the next day!. My old dentist was going to make me wait a month to get my tooth pulled, even when I told them I was in severe pain.From the front desk to my experience in the chair getting worked on.... they were amazing!!! Dr. Chin was awesome, very informative!!! Everyone is friendly and gave a very warm welcome!! Dental Assistant Qiana made the experience very comfortable especially with my anxiety towards being in the dental office, Roseanne the front desk attendant was very helpful and made sure all my info was correct verifying with me 4 times over! Shout out to the office Manager Jana, I've had to change my Appt multiple times due to my conflicting work schedule. She was very kind and helpful in getting a date concrete. I recommend Ephrata Family Dentistry Mor Smiles 1000x's over!!!! Thank you guys!!!

Awesome staff from the the front desk to the exam room. Comfortable setting with fastidious attention to cleanliness. I was very impressed. Having come from a previous bad experience Ephrata Family Dentistry restored my faith in having a good experience at the dentist office. Honestly that hasn't happened since I was a kid. Best dental office I've been to in the area. Dr. Oware is super nice and knowledgeable. I had no questions by the time he was done my exam and I feel confident in my recommended treatment. I have bad dental anxiety but these guys eased that a lot today. Definitely found my forever dental office.

I switched to Ephrata Family Dentistry for the free whitening, but I've been impressed with much more. They use all the latest technology, and they are very thorough. Dr. Liam Register did a long and very new procedure to my teeth, and I was never once uncomfortable or apprehensive. The rest of the staff has also been very caring.
